Replacement/Refund Policy
For our keenness to provide the best customer service, all your purchases from “Beach Sand” online store are exchangeable or refundable according to these conditions:
The product can be replaced or the amount refunded if the order is canceled by the customer before shipping the product to him/her, and the product can be replaced within a maximum period of 3 days in the event of a factory defect provided that an email is sent to info@beachsand-sa.com explaining the reason for the replacement request within 3 days only from receiving the product.
If the customer purchased the products via Visa or MasterCard, and the customer asked for a refund, compensation will be made by returning the payment to the same Visa or Master Card used for the product purchased, and the refund time period is subject to the policy of the bank (or electronic payment gateway) provided the purchase service.
